%0D%0DMy+photo+essay+is+on+homeless+street+youth+in+Seattle.+I+was+attracted+to+them+initially+because+they+seemed+like+a+tribe+of+misfits+that+found+family+in+one+another.+And+I%27m+a+misfit+too.+These+kids+are+beautiful+%2F+funny+%2F+annoying+%2F+resourceful+%2F+ridiculously+amazing.+And+now%2C+they+are+my+family+too.+This+project+started+almost+2+years+ago+and+is+ongoing+%5Bthough+the+submitted+photos+here+were+made+between+7%2F15-11%2F15%2F07.%5D+I+spend+countless+hours+a+week+with+them.+I+am+%22Mama+Dreads%27+to+them+and+they+are+my+children.+Or...+closer+to+the+truth%2C+OUR+children.+Much+more+info+upon+request.
